Our electronic cleaning logs eliminate all paper based means of recording when each restroom was cleaned and by who. Instead of signing in and out on a piece of paper, a staff member would text in a code when they begin cleaning and text in a different code when they are finished. 

This information is updated real-time in the online portal and ensures no records are lost. Staff members can also be automatically sent a reminder via text when it is time for them to do another round of cleaning.

Manage Inspections

Every so often, a manager can conduct an inspection in order to collect more in depth data about the state of their restrooms. This is carried out by answering an online survey which includes a series of questions regarding common issues in restrooms.

This survey is accessed from their smart phone, and can be completed while the manager is inspecting the restrooms. Once again, this data is immediately available in the portal and a score is determined based on the answers to the questions.
